V's - History in brief
1992 The
V’s were born, named after the classic
Latin jazz track by Working Week.
1993 Admitted into
WMSFL
Division 3
1995/96 Promoted to Division 2 after finishing
3rd.
1996/97 Finished
Runners–Up
in both Division 2 and the WMSFL Presidents Cup.
1997/98 Promoted to the Intermediate Division
leapfrogging Division 1 in the process.
1998/99 Intermediate Division Runners-Up
1999/2000 Promoted to the Premier Division
2001/02 Venceremos Reserves are formed and admitted
into WMSFL Division 2 and finished Runners-Up in
the Presidents Cup.
2003/04 The Club consolidates back
to one side competing in the Intermediate Division
winning
the Title.
2004/05 Promoted back to the Premier Division finishing third
a club best.
